Having stayed at multiple hotels, including Oyo and similar chains, the service here truly stands out. This hotel is way better that Oyo in most categories. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness – the rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of comfort. The staff’s behavior throughout my stay was exceptional. They were courteous, respectful, and always ready to help without ever being intrusive. I really appreciated how mindful they were of both my time and my personal space. Special thanks to the receptionists, Swetha and Lucky, who went out of their way to ensure my check-in and overall stay were smooth and pleasant. Their professionalism, warmth, and helpful attitude really set the tone for the entire experience. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, attentive service, and the genuinely respectful and helpful staff made this stay far better than what I’ve experienced in other hotels at a similar price.
